Jagun Jagun is an epic Yoruba movie with a cast of many of Nollywood's veteran actors particularly in the Yoruba sector. The movie is action packed and also emotionally captivating.
Jagun Jagun features outstanding visual effects, sound effects, and battle scenes. The movie started with a formidable warrior Femi Adebayo (Ogundiji), seeming like the protagonist after saving a king's life. Eventually Ogundiji's character became more of a villian while Lateef Adedimeji's character slowly emerged as the protagonist who was later to end Ogundiji's iron fist reign.
While the training scene of the warriors could have been made to look more challenging, in the scences that follow, Jagun Jagun entertains the audience with many gory battles, fight choreography, spells, and magic like as never been seen before in Yoruba epic movies. Since the era of movies like 'Ogbori Elemosho' and 'Efunsetan', I hadn't seen a Yoruba epic movie with such excellence which Jagun Jagun delivered.

Great movie generally. Only that some parts where a bit confusing especially to me. For example, why was Gbogunmi asked to fight the city of his wife and he was sent by the king of the said city which was his wife's father? Or maybe I missed something while watching it.
"Next Friday" is a hilarious comedy that serves up a generous dose …
