Is ‘special jollof rice’ an idiom in Nigeria?

Is ‘special jollof rice’ an idiom in Nigeria or something else? I saw a Nigerian movie titled ‘Special Jollof Rice’ shot in America. The thumbnail is also a plate of well garnished jollof rice image. To my surprise however, jollof rice wasn’t even mentioned in the movie, not to speak of cooking it ?.
